Exchanges

Due to the nature of artisan jewelry, some variations or inclusions may be present in your piece. I take pride in the artistry and workmanship in my pieces, and it is my goal to provide the highest quality hand-crafted jewelry.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me at creationandchaos.av@gmail.com as soon as you receive your purchase!

I accept exchanges excluding custom or personalized orders. 

My policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, I can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with any tags. There must be proof of purchase.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to Creation and Chaos 35844 W. Chicago St. Livonia MI 48150 United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
