A luminous blue moonstone and two intricately detailed sterling silver succulents come together in this one-of-a-kind open ring, blending delicate botanical forms with a bold, sculptural silhouette.

The elongated, hexagon-shaped moonstone features a beautifully faceted surface that catches the light, revealing shifting flashes of cool blue against its milky, translucent body. Its unusual shape is framed by an ornate sterling silver filigree bezel, with delicate details that lend the setting a romantic, antique-inspired character. A brushed copper backplate introduces a subtle warmth beneath the cool silver tones.

Opposite the moonstone, two sculptural succulents create an asymmetrical botanical arrangement. Each succulent is cast from a real plant into solid sterling silver, preserving the intricate layers and natural curves of its leaves. These are not plants dipped or coated in metal, but solid silver reproductions of the original botanical forms. Darkened recesses emphasize their remarkable detail, giving the flowers a beautifully dimensional appearance.

About the Stone

Moonstone belongs to the feldspar mineral family and is treasured for its captivating optical phenomenon known as adularescence. As light interacts with microscopic layers within the stone, it creates a soft, shifting glow that seems to move beneath the surface. Blue moonstone is especially admired for its beautiful cool-toned sheen. With a Mohs hardness of approximately 6–6.5, moonstone is a gemstone best appreciated with thoughtful wear.
