Faceted Blue Green Labradorite Dangle Earrings

Faceted labradorites shimmer through an extraordinary mix of blue, green, gold and silvery light in these one-of-a-kind gemstone earrings. Broad facets travel across the surface of each stone, breaking their natural flash into shifting geometric planes of color.

The pair is beautifully matched without being identical. Deep blue appears along the edges and gives way to luminous greens and flashes of pale gold, with each stone revealing something different as it catches the light. The faceted cut makes the effect especially striking, transforming the familiar glow of labradorite into a mosaic of changing color.

Each gemstone is set by hand in a fine silver bezel over a richly textured copper back. Hand-forged solid sterling silver ear hooks complete the earrings, keeping the metalwork simple so the remarkable stones remain the focus.

Measuring a little over 1.25 inches from the top of the ear hook and weighing approximately 3.5 grams each, these are substantial enough to showcase the stones while remaining relatively lightweight.

Turn them over and the earrings reveal an entirely different detail: ornate damask patterns embossed into the warm copper backs, giving even the hidden side of the pair its own finished design.
