Labradorite, Carved Lapis Lazuli and Aqua Kyanite Statement Earrings

Three extraordinary gemstones come together in these long, one-of-a-kind statement earrings, moving from deep flashing labradorite to richly carved lapis lazuli and finally to luminous aqua kyanite.

At the top, faceted blue labradorites flash from nearly black to brilliant electric blue. Below them sit intricately carved oval lapis lazuli stones in an intense cobalt blue, their raised floral patterns creating a dramatic ornamental centerpiece. Rare cuts of pale aqua kyanite finish the earrings in elongated, faceted drops, bringing an icy translucence and delicate sparkle to the bottom of the design.

The contrast is striking: dark and mysterious labradorite, saturated carved lapis, and crystalline aqua kyanite, all united through shades of blue.

The labradorite and carved lapis are set in fine silver bezels, while the unusually cut kyanites are framed in delicate scalloped sterling silver. Hand-forged sterling silver attachments join each element, allowing the three sections to articulate and move independently. The earrings are finished with hand-forged solid sterling silver ear hooks.

Turn them over and another layer of detail appears. Floral patterns are embossed into the warm copper backs, giving the reverse of these elaborate earrings a beautiful finish of its own.

At approximately 3.25 inches long from the top of the ear hook, these are true statement earrings with substantial presence and movement. Each earring weighs approximately 9.7 grams.
